Multiply

Enhance Workplace Numeracy with Multiply

Tailored Training Packages

Multiply offers bespoke training packages focused on workplace numeracy skills. Our goal is to help individuals achieve their Functional Skills Level 2 Maths qualification. Recognising that everyone’s learning journey is unique, we collaborate with local organisations to create customised programs that build confidence in numeracy for both professional and personal use.

Eligibility for Funding

Funding is available for individuals with specific postcodes who do not already have GCSE maths or an equivalent qualification.

Locations which have Projects under Multiply
  • Torbay: Covers postcodes TQ8 and below, requiring 40 hours of guided learning for funding.
  • Devon: Covers Exeter and Teignbridge (TQ9 and above), requiring only 2 hours of contact time for funding.

*Note: The Devon Multiply project is managed by Learn Devon.

Multiply Project Focus in Devon

1. Information, Advice, Guidance and Assessment:

Evaluate the current numeracy level of participants.

2. Confidence Building:

Enhance students’ confidence in numeracy, preparing them for further qualifications like GCSEs or Functional Skills.

3. Bespoke Numeracy Programs:

Develop tailored programs based on organizational needs.

Customized Learning

Our approach is flexible, with no predetermined courses. We assess the needs of each organisation and their staff, ensuring the staff meet the postcode eligibility criteria for funding. For instance, our team can provide on-site Information, Advice, Guidance and assessment, fulfilling the 2-hour contact time requirement for funding.
