Fabrication and Welding Skills
Fabrication and Welding Skills
This course is designed to help you take your welding and fabrication skills to the next level. You will build on your existing knowledge and develop a deeper understanding of how equipment works and how different materials respond during fabrication and welding processes.
Throughout the course, you will explore essential areas such as health and safety in a fabrication and welding environment, materials science and calculations for welding practice, and fabrication techniques using sheet metal. You will also gain hands-on experience with engineering drawing using both manual and CAD methods, and master advanced welding processes including metal-arc and tungsten-arc gas shielded welding for low carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminium.
By the end, you will have the confidence and expertise to progress from basic skills to a highly developed level, ready to tackle more complex projects with precision and professionalism.
