T Levels are becoming part of the national educational landscape, and as a College that’s always had a great network with employers and enhancing our education through that, we are calling on employers to help make T Levels the best they can be.

What are T Levels?

• T Levels are a key part of the government’s reforms to revolutionise skills and technical education, generating the skilled workforce that businesses need for the future
• T Levels tackle skills shortages, whilst supporting and developing the future talent pool, with students bringing new ideas and a fresh perspective

Industries with a skills shortage can now benefit from T Levels and take advantage of a fully-supported route which could potentially lead into successful apprenticeships and future employment.

You can take part in a number of ways – our Business Solutions team will fully support you and your students through the whole process, and will discuss and resolve any issues relating to the industry placement with regular check-ins.
