Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship
Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship
Multi-channel marketers play a key role in defining, designing, building, and implementing campaigns across a variety of platforms to drive customer engagement and retention. They take responsibility for specific parts of campaigns within their area of expertise. As integral members of the marketing team, they contribute to delivering the overall marketing strategy and plans, managing elements of the wider marketing programme.
Working closely with the marketing team, multi-channel marketers handle day-to-day marketing activities across numerous platforms, channels, and systems vital to the company’s marketing function. Their role ensures that marketing efforts are coordinated, effective, and aligned with business objectives.
In their daily duties, multi-channel marketers collaborate with a wide range of internal stakeholders, including colleagues from their own team, as well as departments such as Sales, Operations, Public Relations, IT, HR, Customer Services, Senior Management, and Finance.
This training programme is ideal if you want to develop your skills and knowledge for a marketing role. To enrol on this apprenticeship, you must be employed in a position where your main responsibilities are marketing-related. Previous participants have seen significant improvements in their own performance, their teams, and their businesses. They also appreciate the chance to learn as adults and to have dedicated time away from demanding day-to-day roles to reflect on workplace approaches and personal development.
Over a 15-to-18-month period, you will build a portfolio of evidence based on your marketing work in the workplace. You will also attend College for formal tuition, support with portfolio development, and any functional skills requirements in English and Maths. These sessions will take place over the course of one academic year.
Towards the end of the programme, you will complete an End Point Assessment (which can take up to five months), including presenting your portfolio, submitting a written work-based project, and participating in a competency-based interview or professional discussion.
Applications are now open with start dates available in September, January, February, and April. Please note, to complete an apprenticeship with us, you must secure an employer vacancy. If you don’t currently have an employer, the following links are great places to start your search:
