Woodcarving

Designed for anyone with an interest in carving in wood, whether they are completely new to it or experienced practitioners. Come and learn and enjoy the skill of carving in wood. We have a well-equipped, modern craft room and an experienced tutor to guide you in this fascinating craft.

Beginners will be guided through the stages of a simple relief carving – help and advice provided from start to finish.

More experienced carvers will have the support and guidance of the tutor whilst working on their personal projects – from the planning stage to the finished carving.
