Falls Prevention

Falls Prevention

The Falls Prevention course provides a comprehensive understanding of fall risks, prevention strategies, and the importance of creating a safe environment for individuals at risk of falling. As the aging population grows, awareness and prevention of falls are becoming increasingly critical for all healthcare providers.

This course combines theoretical knowledge with practical applications, ensuring you are well-prepared to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals at risk of falls. Whether you are currently working in healthcare or planning to enter the field, this course will provide you with invaluable insights and skills.

If you are aged 16+ and live in or support residents in the TQ1 to TQ5 Torbay Council postcode area, then you may be eligible to have this course funded through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF).
