The CPA1 assessment covers the use of flue gas analysers, ensuring you are competent in assessing gas appliances for safe operation. This qualification must be taken alongside your CCN1 if you intend to work with flue gas analysis.
To enrol, you must have completed the Plumbing NVQ Level 2 and Gas Portfolio.
All assessments are delivered at our Paignton campus.

Within our plumbing workshops, you’ll also develop core trade skills, including installing copper and plastic pipework systems, hot and cold water supply, central heating installation and maintenance, fitting guttering and rainwater systems, installing sanitary ware, including taps, siphons, and float-operated valves, and copper fabrication and soldering techniques.
