Step into the world of creativity with the UAL Level 3 Diploma in Creative Practice: Art, Design & Communication at South Devon College – a dynamic, one-year course designed for students aged 16+ who are passionate about exploring the creative industries.
This immersive programme is the perfect starting point if you're curious about art and design but haven’t yet settled on a specific direction. You'll be introduced to a broad range of creative disciplines – from fine art, textiles and fashion to ceramics, 3D, and lens-based media – giving you the chance to experiment and find your personal strengths.
Throughout the course, you’ll gain hands-on experience with professional materials and processes, while developing core creative skills such as idea generation, project development and outcome production. Whether you’re aiming for further study, an apprenticeship, or your first step into a creative career, this course is designed to give you the confidence and capabilities to move forward.

You will need to have achieved a minimum of 4 GCSEs at grade 4(C) or above. There is a possibility for English and Maths retakes
