Customer Service for Health and Care Settings Certificate Level 2
This qualification will help you to develop an awareness of customer service in health and social care understand how to communicate effectively in a health and social care settings. You will also learn how to understand the needs of customers who access health and social care services and understand the importance of teamwork in health and social care settings.
This course will be fully subsidised for those who are over 19, have been resident in the UK for three years, with an exception of those who live within a devolved adult education area and those currently enrolled on an apprenticeship – please click here for more information.
