Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship
Multi-channel marketers will define, design, build and implement campaigns across a variety of platforms to drive customer engagement and retention. In addition, they will be responsible for parts of the campaign within their area of responsibility. As part of the Marketing team, they will contribute to the implementation of the Marketing strategy and plans and will have responsibility for elements of the overall marketing plan.
As part of the Marketing team the multi-channel marketers will contribute to the implementation of the Marketing strategy and plans. They will be responsible for delivering day-to-day marketing activities across a multitude of platforms, channels and systems that are essential to the Marketing function and activities of the company.
In their daily work, an employee in this occupation interacts with a wide range of internal stakeholders such as members of their own team, other departments such as sales, operations, public relations, IT, HR, customer services, senior management and finance
This training programme is ideal if you wish to improve your skills and knowledge for a marketing role. To enrol on this apprenticeship, you must be employed in a role which your main duties are marketing. Previous participants have noticed significant improvements for themselves, their teams, and the business, as well as enjoying learning as an adult and having time away from demanding day jobs to reflect on approaches at work and personal development.
You will be required to build a portfolio of evidence from your Marketing role in the workplace, over a 15-to-18-month period. You will also be required to attend College for formal tuition and assistance with building your portfolio and any Functional Skills requirements (English/Maths). These sessions will take place over the course of one academic year.
There will be an End Point Assessment (up to 5 months to complete) where you will present your portfolio a written work-based project and a competency based interview / professional discussion

The primary role of a digital marketer is to define, design, build and implement digital campaigns across a variety of online and social media platforms to drive customer acquisition, customer engagement and customer retention. A digital marketer will typically be working as part of a team, in which they will have responsibility for some of the straightforward elements of the overall marketing plan or campaign. The marketer will work to marketing briefs and instructions. They will normally report to a digital marketing manager, a marketing manager or an IT Manager. Entry requirements - Individual employers will set the selection criteria, but this might include GCSEs, A levels, a level 2 apprenticeship or other relevant qualifications, relevant experience and/or an aptitude test with a focus on functional maths. Employers are likely to be looking for a proven passion for digital and social media. Duration of the Apprenticeship is 12 - 18 months
