Aspiring Cabin Crew and Airport Ground Operations (Evening) Level 2
Working on airlines is an exciting and dynamic sector to be part of, and will open up a world of opportunity.
The air cabin crew course is designed to develop your skills, knowledge and understanding required to progress into the airline industry. You will learn all aspects of the role of cabin crew through classroom-based lessons and practical assessments.
There are so many exciting careers in the aviation sector and due to current industry demand, we’re building on the Aspiring Cabin Crew course with the addition of Airport Ground Operations. We will cover basic knowledge on the range of job roles available for those who still wish to work in aviation but would prefer to stay closer to home working on the ground. This will cover passenger services, security roles and aircraft dispatch. Completing the course will also offer a ‘fast track’ to interview at Exeter Airport ready for their recruitment drive.
Topics covered will include industry terminology, health, safety and security procedures, customer service, selling skills, making passenger announcements, hospitality service, weather effects and customer comfort.
Please note: this is an adult (19+) evening course and there will be a course fee on £50 payable when enrolling.
