Water is a safe way to exercise if you have joint problems. A short burst of cardio work is followed by muscle resistance which is a fantastic way to stretch and tone the muscles.
You will work at your own fitness levels which can then be increased as fitness levels increase. You will achieve tighter muscle tone, strength, more flexibility, increased fitness levels and possible weight loss.
