Pilates for Beginners
For complete beginners. Learn how to use breathing techniques, set up positions and which muscles to use. Pilates allows the body to redress the balance in muscle tone, lengthening tight muscles and toning lax.
It helps improve posture, balance, strength and spine mobility to enable you to function occupationally and recreationally. You will be taught 15 basic moves, how to breathe effectively and to perform exercises safely. You should achieve tighter muscle tone, more flexibility and the ability to hold a better posture.
