Sally used to work for a childcare company as an area manager for the South West region, managing multiple private day nurseries and associated teams of practitioners.

She’s passionate about delivering training regarding provision for the most vulnerable of children, those on the edge of care, ‘looked after children’, and those who have experienced adverse childhood experiences.

She holds a level 5 qualification in Leadership & Management and has now been working at South Devon College since 2017 as a childcare and education lecturer, working across High School, Further Education and adult courses.
