After having always been passionate about caring for children, Kirsty completed an apprenticeship in Early Years in 2002. She now has a BA (Hons) Degree in Child Development and Education and has worked in a variety of Early Years environments, including managing a busy Private Day Nursery in Torbay and running a home-based childcare business for 4 years.

Kirsty works with apprentices and helps support the next generation of Early Years Educators and Teaching Assistants. Being the Workplace Co-ordinator, she’s proud to mentor and support apprentices who were in the same position as herself when she started her career.
