Kelly works as a Lecturer in Further education within the Society, Education and Development department, but mostly teaches across Childcare and Youth Studies qualifications.

She has a PGCE in Post 16 Education and has a BA Honours degree in Child Development and Education. Before teaching, Kelly worked with children and young people in a variety of educational environments spanning over 7 years. Her passion lies in children’s learning and education in an outdoor environment and has a huge personal interest in children’s physical and mental health.
