Charlotte has worked in the childcare industry for 12 years as a childminder and Nursery owner. After gaining Early Years Professional Status, she transferred these skills into teaching and now has the joy of training the next generation of Early Years practitioners.

She’s passionate about experiential learning and is a Forest School leader and advocate.
