The staff at the College were so kind, supportive and helpful when I first met them. My peers had different abilities – some were already part of the fitness community, some were already personal trainers and the rest were beginners like me. It didn’t matter how new or how much experience you had. We all became a team and we all enhanced and supported each other’s experience. The Exercise to Music class gave me the confidence to understand how to support the participants, the confidence to stand in front of people, and support them all to do their best during training.
