There were scenes of celebration yesterday as the College’s Pro:Direct Academy Devon’s 7 a side team won the AoC Sport South West Men’s Football tournament hosted at Plymouth Marjon University.

The team of current College students saw off very strong opposition from around the South West to be crowned champions.

As a result of yesterday’s victory the full squad will now travel to the AOC National Championships in April 2019 representing the South West.

The Pro:Direct Academy Devon is dedicated to developing extraordinary players and nurturing the progression of students both on and off the pitch. The dedicated coaching team comprises of industry professionals and professional players with the students learning from the very best. Programmes are devised by UEFA and FA licensed coaches who work to exacting standards to inspire confidence and technical skills required for players to develop both professionally and academically.
