A dedicated group of South Devon College Level 3 Make up and Media students showcased their abilities during the recent ‘Exercise KIWI’ at Exeter Airport.
Joined by the College’s very own Travel and Tourism student cabin crew, the students helped assist the dedicated team at Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service in acting out a disastrous scene of a burning airplane evacuation.
In the build up to the event, the students skilfully applied each other’s make up, replicating scenario fitting injuries from head wounds to skin burns.
A fantastic opportunity for the students to gain an insight into the amazing work the emergency services provide, the students were full of energy in acting out every scene.
