The students have now spent their last day in their respective work experience establishments and are preparing to leave Cannes and return home over the weekend.  Here are some of the comments and pictures from this weeks adventures.

Catherine working hard at Cannes Lenotre a true French Patisserie famous all over France for style, precision, taste and perfection. An amazing opportunity to learn and be inspired.

Phillip Brito one of Cannes’ Famous Chocolatier and Pastry Chefs training Enya new skills and tricks of the trade. Well done Enya, a fantastic experience with a great mentor… will you come back and take full time work?
