Deputy Helpzone Manager Sophie Linger was named winner of the ‘Student Services Team Member of the Year’ category at the Annual Student Services Awards.

The award recognises those who have gone above and beyond in their role and had a significant impact on student experience.

The ceremony was held by NAMSS (National Association for Managers of Student Services), a not-for-profit organisation established in 1987. It is a key stakeholder for Government department consultations including safeguarding, funding, learner wellbeing etc. NAMSS provides support and professional development for managers and colleagues who work in student services roles in post-16 education and training.

Winners were announced at our Annual Conference Gala Dinner at the Hyatt Hotel, Birmingham.
