The Royal Photographic Society has announced the shortlist for its International Photography Exhibition 160. Among the 357 photographers selected worldwide is FdA Film and Photography student Ryan Hardman.

The International Photography Exhibition (IPE) reflects the varying interests and vibrant aesthetics of the photographic medium today, presenting work which demonstrates photographic skill and technique, alongside images exploring ideas and narratives rich in meaning and message.

Each of the shortlisted photographers have been invited to submit prints of their images and from this the selectors will make their final selection at the beginning of August.
