Computing and Hi-Tech Engineering students came together last week to showcase their work.
The event was open to all and visitors were invited to have a go with a range of interactive projects.
Computing student Ben Bousfield demonstrated his ‘LED Cube Matrix’, David Keen explained his ‘SoftCost’ development to help users calculate the cost of an app, and Bryce Johns presented his website for ‘Doggy Dating’ where users can build a profile to meet fellow dog owners. Daniel Buckley had also built a fully operational website specialising in electric train sets.
Level 3 Media students also attended the showcase to interview the students and capture some footage of the showcase. Below you can see Troy Suarez and Marek Kawula putting their skills to use.
