Matt Green, Commercial Catering Manager at South Devon College, said, “We are excited to be working in conjunction with Plymouth University to provide catering facilities in this fantastic building. We have branded the onsite Café as The Galley with a maritime theme. We also feel that the meeting and conferencing facilities provide the perfect location for local businesses to utilise.”
