Students of all ages were celebrating their GCSE results this week, as South Devon College enjoyed another year of success. Many students achieved their goals and improved their grades to progress in the next stage of their personal journey.
The College offers a range of GCSE provision, catering to students of all backgrounds and abilities. Many young people worked hard to achieve the desired C grade in English and Maths, improving on previous school achievements. Whilst others were completing a programme of 5 GCSEs in order to improve their previous grades and progress to A Levels, technical and professional qualifications or apprenticeships. The results also brought new opportunities for adults who had returned to education to retake some of their GCSEs to progress on to an access or university course, to reskill or improve their employability.
