This is a two-hour CPD workshop funded by the European Social Fund – Hidden Talent in Devon project. This workshop aims to support your professional development where your role includes mentoring other. It is most suitable if you are new to mentoring, or are looking to update your skills.

The workshop looks at the role of the mentor and the benefits of mentoring. You will examine the keys concepts of mentoring and discover resources that can support you.

If you wish to continue your professional development after this course, there is an opportunity to join the Level 3 Learning Mentor apprenticeship, or the Level 4 unit provision in Preparing for the Mentoring Role (which will incur a fee).

To be eligible you need to be aged 19+, employed and living in Devon.
