Stretch and Tone
This course is designed for any age group or ability; high and low impact options are given to determine how hard you want to work. A short burst of cardio work is followed by muscle resistance to stretch and tone the muscles. Keep healthy as you exercise to music and develop a new level of fitness and all round muscle tone.
The course is taught quite light-heartedly with tutor demonstrations at the front. You will work to your own fitness levels and options will be given for higher or lower impact options. We then increase repetitions and speed as our fitness levels increase. You should achieve tighter muscle tone, strength, and more flexibility. Your fitness levels will increase and you may possibly have some weight loss.
