Project Management Award (Online)

This qualification is designed to meet the needs of managers responsible for projects, who wish to extend their skills and knowledge to embrace further project management disciplines and is open to anyone wish to build their management skills. On completion of this qualification you will understand the nature and context of projects as well as the management of stakeholders including the project team roles and responsibilities. Finally you will understand the planning and control of projects.This qualification is delivered through online content with tutor support ensuring accessing this training is flexible. To demonstrate the skills you have developed during your training, you will be assessed through a written assignment of approximately 2,500 words. You have the opportunity to adjust assignments if any points are referred after the first submission. You will be required to complete your studies by working on your assignment at home, and undertaking some limited research. You will have the support of a dedicated tutor for the duration of your studies, and access to electronic supporting material.On completion of this qualification you could progress onto further management qualifications.If you are aged 19 and over you may have options to help fund your studies with us.
