Professional Cookery Level 3
This course will provide you with an opportunity to gain valuable confidence and essential knowledge in the vital skills of food safety, hygiene and teamwork. This course will also support your in up-skilling your cooking standards to a higher level in the preparation, cooking and presentation of complex soups, sauces, vegetables, pasta, fish, shellfish, meats, poultry, game, doughs, pastry, confectionary and hot and cold desserts.
You will be learning in a professional environment, utilising our industry-standard facilities and working alongside experienced, knowledgeable and friendly industry chefs.
This Level 3 course will hone your craft, further develop your wider skills and prepare you to meet and exceed the current trends and demands of the hospitality industry.
