Professional Accounting Taxation Technician Higher Apprenticeship Level 4
The AAT Professional Accounting Taxation Technician Higher Apprenticeship will provide you with the skills needed to work in a range of accounting and finance jobs. It’s suitable for those who have completed the AAT Level 3 Advanced Diploma in Accounting or Level 3 Apprenticeship.
You will master statements for limited companies and complex management accounting tasks, as well as optional specialist unit.
Successful completion can lead to full membership of the AAT and the right to use the appropriate designatory letters.

Course Details
- You must have a GCSE Grade 3(D) in Maths
- You must have a GCSE Grade 4(C) in English
- You must have completed an appropriate vocational qualification at Level 3

Applied Management Accounting
Drafting and Interpreting Financial Statements
Internal Accounting Systems and Controls
The optional units are:
Business Tax
Personal Tax
Audit and Assurance
Cash and Financial Management
Credit and Debt Management
This advanced course is the final Higher Level (Level 4) of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) qualifications. Your Apprentice will gain a higher level accounting and business tasks. Successful completion can lead to full membership of the AAT and the right for your Apprentice to use the appropriate designatory letters.
