NVQ Electrical Installation Level 3
This standalone NVQ is a portfolio of work you’ll need to evidence and submit for assessment while employed as a practising electrician. Individuals undertaking this qualification will already hold recognised Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in electrical installation.
Our assessor will carry out occasional onsite visits to assess your competence, arranged on a mutually agreed basis.
Once you complete your NVQ, you’ll be required to take an external exam (AM2), which serves as the summative assessment of your competence.
You will receive initial online training to help you upload evidence to your online diary. You should already be working in the electrical industry and may need to complete additional theory units if appropriate. The course fee includes your e-portfolio license, NVQ assessments, and the AM2 test.
This course may offer funding for individuals aged 19 or over who have been resident in the UK for at least three years, except those living within devolved adult education areas or currently enrolled on an apprenticeship.
Please note that your financial situation will also be considered when administering funding. For details, contact our Helpzone team at [email protected].
