Leading the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice Level 4

The intent of the Pearson Edexcel Quality Assurance (QA) suite of programmes is to upskill trainees in the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to become and effective quality assurance practitioner. Each level of the nested qualifications is designed to support you in developing your practice to enhance quality assurance practice and procedures in the work-based setting. This qualification is to support those who are leading a team of Internal Quality Assurers (IQA).

The implementation of the programme is designed in a flexible way to meet the needs of employers, students and the qualifications. Therefore, an induction workshop is offered to start the programme, which is then supported by individual tutorials, ongoing assessment of practice and portfolio support for each individual. Due to the nature of the individuality of each student, an individualised support approach is the most appropriate to support you to achieve the required qualification. The programmes are further supported by directed study segments on Moodle.
