Food Safety in Catering Level 2
The qualification at Level 2 will provide you with knowledge of the parameters of basic food safety practices relevant to the catering industry. The cost for this course is £85.00.
After completing this course, you will be able to identify how to make changes to catering practices in order to improve the safety of the catering service as a whole.
