FdSc Law with Business Level 5
This Law with Business programme is being designed to equip you with the skills to progress and succeed in a variety of careers within law, providing you with experience in a range of disciplines such as the English Legal System, Tort and Constitutional Law.
You will develop a broad and transferable skill set, enabling you to seek employment and refine your professional and personal development meaning that you will develop critical and reflective practice, ensuring that you will be a success in any area you choose when you graduate.
Course Details
- We will consider a variety of qualifications and relevant experience and each application is assessed on its own merit.
Each module is worth a specified number of credits. For full time students a total of 120 credits will be studied in each academic year. In the majority of cases this will consist of 6 modules. For part time students it will depend on the intensity of your studies.

I’ve recently completed my Level 5 HR Consultant Partner Apprenticeship at South Devon College and have enjoyed every minute! South Devon College has provided me with the tools and resources I needed to complete the course. My tutor and colleagues were extremely supportive and created an open environment to encourage participation and the sharing of ideas! Doing an apprenticeship has allowed me to apply knowledge that I’ve learnt during the course into real life situations.
