CMI Team Leading Award (Online) Level 2
This course is an introduction for those that are thinking about, or have recently, become a team leader or supervisor.
You will look at organisational structure and responsibilities, leadership styles, culture and team motivation, leaderships style, leaderships models and theories and how they can be adapted to different situations.
We will be discussing real life examples and linking this to your own leadership styles, and the impact it can have on a team.
This course is delivered via MS Teams by a course tutor. You will be required to participate in group discussions and peer 1:1 mentoring via breakout rooms, as well as completing individual work/study.
You will also be required to develop the work covered in the MS Teams class in your own time and practice between sessions.
If you are aged 19 and over at the start of the course, you may have options to help fund your studies with us. The funding you can receive depends on your personal circumstances, and could mean you are entitled to fully subsidised or reduced tuition fees.
