CMI qualifications are designed for middle managers as well as those aspiring to senior management. With a more comprehensive structure, our Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership gives you the skills and competencies needed to become an effective middle manager.
A Diploma in Management and Leadership takes you another step towards Chartered Manager status.You will learn by formal tuition with practical tasks, discussions and workshop sessions.
You will be required to relate your studies to your operational environment to help theprogression of yourself and your colleagues, and also make improvements to the organisation. Some research and study is required outside of the classroom environment.
To demonstrate the skills you have developed during your learning, you will be assessed through formal written assignments which you will complete at the end of each unit. You will be required to complete the 3,000 word written assignments in your personal study time.
