CIPD Foundation Certificate in People Practice
The primary purpose of this qualification is to develop knowledge and skills to build your expertise, inspiring you to undertake tactical tasks that deliver value within a People team. You will build confidence and knowledge and be able to contribute to immediate colleagues, customers and the wider organisation. You will play a key role in supporting change and driving impact to create immediate and short-term value. You will gather information to use in your role and use this to understand your work, organisation and profession more deeply.
