Beauty Therapy Services Certificate Level 2
Being a beauty therapist is about more than applying the perfect makeup or delivering a relaxing treatment. It’s about helping people feel their best. With this course, you’ll be preparing for a rewarding career, meeting people from all walks of life and giving them confidence in their everyday lives.
You’ll begin by developing your product and treatment knowledge, learning how to provide treatments for your clients. From manicures and pedicures to makeup and brows (and everything in-between), you’ll gain experience across all of the treatments you’ll need as a beauty specialist.
The course is led by a team of passionate beauty therapists, with years of industry experience to share with you. You’ll be training in our very own salons, which are live environments where you can see what working in a spa or salon is really like. This is the perfect training ground to develop your confidence, working with your classmates before progressing to real clients of the Inspirations Salon.
We look for students with a caring nature, who are open, friendly and take great pride in their work. Not only does this help relax clients but it also creates a supportive training environment, where you learn just as much from your classmates and friends on the course

I’ve recently completed my Level 5 HR Consultant Partner Apprenticeship at South Devon College and have enjoyed every minute! South Devon College has provided me with the tools and resources I needed to complete the course. My tutor and colleagues were extremely supportive and created an open environment to encourage participation and the sharing of ideas! Doing an apprenticeship has allowed me to apply knowledge that I’ve learnt during the course into real life situations. The end point assessment project has enabled me to showcase my new skills by designing a solution to a business need. Amy Law – HR Advisor, Core Highways
