Pro:Direct Academy Devon was thrilled to welcome English international footballer player and World Cup Bronze medallist Claire Rafferty to the recent trial day held at South Devon College Sports Centre.

The Pro:Direct Academy Devon held open trails for boys and girls hoping to enrol for the next academic year at South Devon College. Current West Ham United Ladies player Claire Rafferty met with the aspiring players and joined in with the activities on the College’s brand new 3G pitch.

Those in attendance were able to learn more about the outstanding football development programme and the full range of sport, fitness and adventure courses on offer.

Former players have progressed onto a range of levels of football and current Pro:Direct Academy players have the opportunity to train with Torquay United with the potential chance to represent the U18s team.
