BA (Hons) Leadership and Management (Top-up) is a one-year top-up degree designed for students who have successfully completed a foundation degree, such as the FdA Business and Management or a similar qualification in a related field.

This programme focuses on developing advanced management and leadership capabilities, with a strong emphasis on strategic leadership, decision-making and management development. You’ll explore key concepts such as organisational values, principles, and governance - areas identified by employers as crucial for the future of their businesses.

In addition to core leadership knowledge, you’ll strengthen your problem-solving, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills, which are vital for managerial success across industries. This course prepares you for a wide range of graduate career opportunities in management, business development, consultancy and beyond.
