This course introduces you to CSR and sustainability in organisational contexts, exploring environmental, social and governance (ESG) responsibilities.
Day one covers core concepts including ethical business practice, sustainability frameworks and stakeholder expectations. You willexamine how social responsibility relates to brand reputation, compliance and long term resilience.
Day two explores environmental and social impact areas such as carbon reduction, waste management, ethical supply chains, community engagement and wellbeing. Case studies highlight organisations leading in sustainability and the challenges of implementing meaningful change.
The final day focuses on practical implementation. You will develop awareness of sustainability reporting, action planning, communication strategies and behavioural change approaches. You will also evaluate how small and medium sized organisations can integrate CSR into strategy and everyday operations.
By the end of the course, you will understand key sustainability principles, recognise their relevance to organisational success, and have the tools to contribute to CSR initiatives.
