The evening includes:

- 3 demonstrations, with talks from the suppliers, and the chance to sample recipes:
- Cocktails with Salcombe Gin
- Cooking with Elberry Cove mussels, in conjunction with Brixham Sea Farms
- Cooking with local crab, with Blue Sea Food Company
Canapes will be served throughout the evening.
