The evening includes:

  • A welcome drink on arrival, courtesy of Salcombe Gin
  • 3 demonstrations, with talks from the suppliers, and the chance to sample recipes:
    • Cocktails with Salcombe Gin
    • Cooking with Elberry Cove mussels, in conjunction with Brixham Sea Farms
    • Cooking with local crab, with Blue Sea Food Company

Canapes will be served throughout the evening.
