South Devon College is hosting a taste-filled evening at Horizon’s Restaurant on Thursday 12th October.  This is a unique opportunity to sample world-class local seafood from seven of the Bay’s leading chefs, all in one evening.  Each chef will be cooking a course:


Simon Hulstone, The Elephant: Scallops

Mitch Tonks, The Seahorse: Red mullet

Oliver Stacey, No.7 Fish Bistro: Crab

Tom Ward, Harbour Kitchen: Lobster

Jordan Hatfield, Pier Point Restaurant, Bar & Outside Catering: Hake

Barry George, Cantina: A twist on Fish n Chips

Ashley Hamilton, Curious Kitchen: Dessert


You will be welcomed with a Salcombe G&T, and can choose to buy a wine flight matched to the food on offer.  Arrival is 6pm for pre-dinner drinks.


Guests will be seated on tables of 10; you can book a whole table, or tickets for a smaller party and we will arrange seating accordingly.


Due to the unique nature of the evening we unfortunately aren’t able to offer refunds should you not be able to attend.
