The benefits of practice for both disciplines are vast and they are a powerful tool for maintenance of health and development of a strong body and mind. You will work physically in gentle postures and activities with adaptations.
At the end of each session use of mindfulness techniques for relaxation and mental well-being will also be used. The course is designed for anyone! You will not be asked to take part in advanced or strenuous postures or exercises. You will learn a range of exercises to aid mobility and flexibility and also key techniques to improve core strength and develop muscular strength over all. The activities will progress as you improve and develop over the course.
