This one-year Level 3 qualification is perfect if you have already completed a Level 3 qualification and are looking to complete a further year’s study. The course is centred around developing your skills in sports coaching and linking with the community groups for work experience, with groups of varying ability levels. You will also be part of a mentoring programme for first year students.
Upon completion you could progress onto the FdSc Sports Coaching and Fitness at University Centre South Devon, or an apprenticeship.
Please note: You must be aged 18 (or be aged 18 by 31st August) to enrol on this course.
"There's so many different sports you can play at the College such as football, basketball, netball, canoeing and rock climbing. The teachers treat you with respect and maturity and teach you the perfect mix of practical and theory."Cameron Webb
