This is a 1-year course where learners study in a variety of different areas across South Devon College, including catering, animal care, child care, business administration, bricklaying, carpentry, automotive and painting and decorating. The course has been designed to help students find areas that interest you, and provides potential progression routes to mainstream College courses.
Students will work in small groups with curriculum support, alongside dedicated tutors, and within our fantastic specialist facilities.
“I was one of the first students to join the Internship Programme and gained work experience in different departments at Torbay Hospital. My experiences and the skills I learnt helped me then gain employment with the NHS at St Edmunds Community Care Support Centre.”Emily Bayly
