Traineeships are designed to help young people who want to get an apprenticeship or job but do not have appropriate skills or experience yet.

Attending College day release on the vocational course and attending work experience two days a week, a Traineeship is ideal if you are motivated to get a job but lack the skills and experience that employers are looking for.

A Traineeship is a great opportunity to gain real work experience, job skills and improve your English and Maths if needed.

The programme can last up to a maximum of 6 months with the content tailored to the individual career needs. It is designed to help young people aged 16 to 24 who have not already achieved a Level 3 qualification.

We offer different start dates with a duration of 6 weeks minimum and 24 weeks maximum. There is a choice of Monday or Wednesday being your College day.
