Team Leading Certificate Level 2
The Level 2 Certificate in Team Leading offers a highly flexible approach to learning. Designed for practicing or aspiring team leaders who wish to develop their team leading skills and knowledge; the ideal starting point for your career journey.
You will learn about organising and leading a team briefing to communicate within the team, leading to knowledge of effective communication and understanding within a team. You will be able to identify, source, manage and maximise resources to meet team objectives. You’ll also understand how to communicate and develop work relationships with managers, the team, and those outside the team in a professional environment. Throughout, you will be given opportunities for reflective practice for personal and professional development.
You will have full access to the Chartered Management Institute’s online resource bank throughout your qualification.
