This qualification is particularly relevant for individuals already instructing who wish to improve their knowledge and skills to enable them to deliver Step Exercise to Music sessions. You need to have achieved QCF Fitness Instructing Certificate Level 2 and Exercise to Music to attend this course.
The units covered are: How to plan, teach and evaluate a safe and effective Step Exercise to Music session, Appropriate health and safety considerations, Step Exercise to Music training approaches and techniques and How to set up a class.
